Scott Gentry
Scott started investing in real estate at the age of 18. He purchased his first 12 unit apartment complex at age 21 and has owned more than 1,500 apartments and single family homes. After selling his properties in 2004 he built and purchased a total of three co-branded Long John Silver's / A&W restaurants.
Although he still owns Long John Silver's/A&W restaurants, Scott has decided to return to a real estate career. He is now a professional property manager for Assurance Realty and a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, and is currently pursuing the Certified Property Manager designation. His experience and knowledge of investment properties will be of great benefit to his clients. He manages properties from an owner's perspective.
